Free Admission
For screenings at SPOT-Huashan, please inquire the service counter
40 minutes before each screening for free admission ticket and
come back to the venue 10 minutes before each screening. Please be noted that there are limited numbers of free admission tickets.
－Audiences are not allowed to enter the venue 10 minutes after each screening.－There is no assigned seat number on the ticket and it is on a first-come-first-served basis.
－Please hold the tickets for admissions. Tickets will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
－Barrier-free seat availability is limited. Please make a reservation by phone in advance.
－Ticket sales for each screening end on one hour before the screening starts.
－Food and drinks are not allowed inside the theater at some of the venues. Please follow the rules of each theater.
－Any use of photography / recording equipment is strictly forbidden in the theater.
－In the event of natural disaster or force majeure, screenings may be cancelled.
－The Festival reserves all rights to change the program schedule due to unexpected occurrences.
Audiences with more than 10 people in a group can make a group reservation in advance. Please make your reservation 3 days before the screening by filling up the reservation form. The reservation is not valid without staff confirm. Please pick up the free admission tickets 5 minutes before screening. The Festival reserves all rights to change the reservation if reserved tickets is not picked up at the scene.
